Every day there is a buffet with a huge selection of creative dishes from all over the world. From Middle Eastern, Asian, Mediterranean, Tex Mex and of course Swedish, Hermans inventive cuisine has flavors to suit pretty much everyone. Many of the dishes are vegan and on Wednesdays they only cook vegan food. They also do a great range of cakes and fair-trade teas and coffees.

Hermans is a cosy restaurant with a large flowery garden with plenty of tables outside. There is outdoor heating in the winter and hammocks in the summer to relax on and enjoy the view of Stockholm.

Hermans is a popular restaurant and can get very busy. In the summer, they frequently have live music in the evenings.
